InNegev supports the development of water management and wastewater treatment technologies, including new irrigation, desalination, and purification methods. Thanks to these advances, we can help protect our environment, prevent water pollution, and ensure access to clean water.
Take Urgent Action Against Climate Change and Its Impacts
InNegev invests in renewable energy, sustainable transportation, and CCS (carbon capture and storage) technologies intended to reduce harmful emissions, as well as solutions aiming to mitigate the effects of climate change, such as droughts, floods, and heatwaves.

Hamal:Tech
Hamal:Tech was founded in the wake of the October 7 attacks, reaching out a helping hand to the more than 80% of Israeli startups left struggling and short-staffed due to the outbreak of war. Its extensive support system now works with over 300 startups on everything from HR to logistics – and, of course, grant applications. Hamal:Tech’s experts provide guidance and mentoring, including via special events and webinars, aiming to ensure that these startups not only survive this crisis, but get back on track towards sustainable growth.
Wings IL
Wings IL is an exclusive membership-based Angel club that makes it easy to start investing in Israel’s leading Deep Tech startups. Each investment opportunity is carefully vetted by an experienced management team with deep roots in the local tech ecosystem, and investors can then build a curated portfolio aligned with their interests. Wings IL’s members are accredited investors from around the globe, seeking a way to give back to the community and empower the Startup Nation by creating value for its portfolio companies.
DCIC
The DeserTech and Climate Innovation Center (DCIC) is transforming the Negev into a living laboratory for climate and desert technologies, strategically positioning this historically underserved region as a major player in addressing global climate challenges. The Center envisions the Negev as a dynamic hub for tech innovation, supported by a flourishing ecosystem, that will drive economic growth and create employment opportunities for an existing talent pool. DCIC works to attract emerging startups, groundbreaking initiatives, and established companies, with the goal of developing local solutions to worldwide concerns.
